Hey there my Toonami generation and welcome to another episode of Tom’s Prerogative! As promised, here is the second “Tom’s Prerogative” of the week since there wasn’t one the week before. On this episode, we cover the delightfully funny comedy anime “Baka and Test: Summon the Beast”. This anime came out during the 2010 winter anime season in Japan and just further establish my view of 2010 being the best year of anime since 2004 and as good of a year as 1998!
